An engineering audit is the due diligance you need to perform to ensure a potential supplier is up to your standards.

Often a visit is required and you can arrange that via our contact form.

This blog post lays out a lot of what you will be auditing, to make the job easier! In fact, you may be satisfied with what you see here…

Competence Check

You can see what we’ve done before.

Here’s a case study, and clicking on this link here will let you see the industries that we work for, along with an image slider showcasing examples of our work.

We’re ISO 9001 : 2015 approved, just click here for the current certificate! We’re working to update the certificate, we’ll be there very soon!

Capacity List

Obviously capacity is a deal breaker, you need to make sure we can handle the volume of work you throw at us.

So, here’s our capacity list.

As you can see, our 5 axis machines are up to date, but that’s not the full story. We also have the software to match.

Non-Disclosure Agreements

We respect your IP and we’re always happy to sign an NDA if required. You can send it to us, as an attachment, via our contact form here.

Just remember to let us know where to return it to!

Quality Inspection and Materials

We always source completely traceable, quality materials from the start. Our Quality Control Manager checks your components to ensure they meet the required standard. If required the following are also available.

  • FAIR (first article inspection report)
  • First off inspection
  • C of C (certificate of conformity)

We’re Ready For Auditing

We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible for you to ensure we’re up to the required standards. If you need to audit us in person, just let us know!

Tell us what you need using the form on our contact page here.

If you’ve seen enough here, just send us your designs using the same contact form and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
